Insert the crumb tray into the bottom of the oven. Add the appropriate accessory (air fry basket, oven rack, or baking pan) to the recommended rack position. Plug in and power on. Select Preset: Tap a cooking preset to use the default temperature and time, or adjust temperature/shade using the + / – controls. Tap Temp/Time to adjust cook time when available. For Toast and Bagel presets, time adjustment is not available. Preheat & Add Food: If the selected preset includes preheat, tap Start. The display will show Preheat, then Add Food when ready. Open the door, carefully place food inside, close the door, and cooking will begin automatically. For presets without preheat, add food first, then tap Start. Mid-Cook Check: For best results, flip or rotate food halfway through cooking when applicable. Use oven mitts when opening the door, as hot steam may escape. Finish Cooking: When the cook time ends, the oven will beep and display End. Open the door carefully and remove food using heat-resistant utensils. Place food on a heat-safe surface. Stop or Cancel: Tap Start/Stop once to pause cooking. Tap Start/Stop again to resume. Tap Start/Stop twice to cancel the cooking cycle. Power Off & Clean: Unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely. Wash the air fry basket and oven rack on the dishwasher’s top rack or by hand. Clean the baking pan and crumb tray with warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth. Warranty This Limited Warranty is for one full year from the date of purchase and requires proof of purchase from an authorized seller. It is applicable to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a third party user. Repair or replacement of defective parts is solely at Gourmia’s discretion. In the event that repair isn’t possible, Gourmia will replace the product/part. If product repair/replacement won’t suffice, Gourmia has the option of refunding the cash value of the product or component returned. Product defects not covered under the Warranty provisions include normal wear and damage incurred from use or accidental negligence, misuse of instruction specifications, or repair by unauthorized parties.
